TERMS & CONDITIONS :

1. Contest Period : The ENERMAX LIQMAXFLO Pump Cover Design Contest will commence on October 17, 2023, at 12:01 a.m. Taipei Time (GMT+8) and conclude on November 30, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. Taipei Time (GMT+8).
2. Winner Announcement : ENERMAX will publicly announce the winners and honorable mention candidates on its Instagram story and official website on December 4, 2023.
3. Account Integrity : ENERMAX reserves the right to disqualify entrants found to be using multiple accounts to register with the same address and/or phone number. The final decision on the eligibility of participating works rests with ENERMAX.
4. Prize Availability : Prizes are subject to availability and are non-transferable. Cash redemption is not permitted unless explicitly specified. If ENERMAX is unable to provide the stated prize, it may, at its discretion, award an alternative prize.
5. Information Accuracy : ENERMAX disclaims responsibility for inaccuracies in any information provided by participants, including personal or contact details. Participants shall not hold ENERMAX liable for such errors or any resulting losses.
6. False Information : ENERMAX is not liable for false information, personal or contact details provided by entrants. Any inaccuracies or losses resulting from such errors shall not be the responsibility of ENERMAX.
7. Governing Law : These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China).
8. Notification of Winners : ENERMAX will notify winners upon selection and announcement. If a winner fails to respond within 1 week from the date of receiving the winner's notification, their winning status will be considered forfeited. In such cases, ENERMAX reserves the right to select a new winner at its discretion. The intellectual property rights of the winning works belong to the ENERMAX. ENERMAX has the right to decide on the modification, use, production and sale of works.The availability of "CUSTOMIZED AIO PUMP COVER" will depend on the actual situation. The prizes may be replaced with 3D-printing file.
9. Terms Modification : ENERMAX reserves the right to amend, revise, delete, edit, add to, and/or withdraw these terms and conditions and prizes at any time without prior notice. ENERMAX shall bear no liability to any participant as a result of such changes.
10. Originality of Entries : All submitted works must be original creations. In the event of suspected plagiarism or copying, ENERMAX reserves the right to disqualify the entrant and their submission from the contest. The entries are original works of the contestants or participating groups and do not infringe on any patents, copyrights, trademark rights or other intellectual property rights of others. This work has not been published publicly in newspapers, magazines, websites (including open source communities) or other media. If the work has applied for a patent or other copyright certificate, the patent or copyright owner must be the contestant himself/herself and that the ENERMAX also have the legal right to use the entries’ right. If the ENERMAX of the competition suffers financial or reputational losses due to defects in the rights of the entries, the ENERMAX has the right to seek compensation from the provider of the entry.
11. Accuracy of Information : Participants affirm that all information provided is accurate. Any untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete information will result in disqualification. Any harm caused to ENERMAX or third parties due to dishonest or improper information shall result in legal action against the responsible party.
12. Compliance with Laws : Each entry submitted by participants must comply with applicable laws and regulations and must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or rights of any third party. ENERMAX assumes no responsibility for disputes arising from such infringements.
13. Final Decision Authority : ENERMAX retains the ultimate decision-making authority in all matters related to the contest, including but not limited to rule interpretations, eligibility determinations, and the selection of winners.
14. Independent Event : This Event is not sponsored, administered, or endorsed by, or associated with Instagram.
