  1. Promotion period and registration

    Participants are end consumers only and must be at least 18 years old and resident in EU except United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland.Participation in the promotion is only possible by purchasing from a retailer with a registered store/shop in EU (except United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland).
  4. Consent of the participants
    You hereby acknowledge and agree that:
    ENERMAX (Coolergiant) reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine finally and conclusively whether Participant has complied in good faith with the requirements of the Promotion.
    By way of illustration, without limiting other terms and conditions, ENERMAX may exclude entrants
    a) if the application for the Promotion or product registration is incomplete
    b) if the requirements for participation in the Promotion, such as the applicable product line or regional restrictions, are not met
    c) if the documents provided are forged, fraudulent or invalid
    d) if participants do not have the legal basis to register for this promotion

    ENERMAX may replace the WireView with items of similar value without prior notice and may modify, cancel or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice, if so directed by a regulatory authority.

    ENERMAX is not liable and assumes no liability to any person for any loss, dissatisfaction or damage resulting from the WireView and its use.
    End users cannot make any claims against ENERMAX. ENERMAX disclaims all liability for delays, misdeliveries, losses or failures in the delivery of the notification due to mechanical, technical, electronic, communication, telephone, computer, hardware, internet or software failures, malfunctions or breakdowns of any kind. The WireView GPU manufacturer's warranty is 2 years.
  5. Exclusion
    If the registered ENERMAX product is returned or refunded, ENERMAX must be notified in writing. Rewards received as part of the promotion must be returned to ENERMAX within ten working days.
    A cash refund with the value of the WireView GPU is not possible.
    The code can only be redeemed once. Make sure to choose the right WireView GPU. Subsequent exchange of the WireViews GPU is excluded, especially in case of graphics card replacement during the PC build product life cycle.
  6. Data Privacy Statement
    During the sign-up and product registration process for the promotion, we ask for information such as email address, name, product serial number, purchase information and other voluntary information.
